Scope

Idea Dividend Publisher is a private, single-user tool. These terms govern its use by its only user, the operator of the Idea Dividend YouTube channel. The tool is provided as-is, without warranty, and is not offered to the public.

YouTube Terms of Service

This application uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

• Uploads happen only after the operator reviews the final video and metadata and explicitly confirms Publish.
• Every upload must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines; the tool requires this confirmation before each upload.
• Source material must be rights-cleared; the tool refuses to publish content whose rights evidence does not check out.

Privacy and data

Data handling, disconnect, revocation, and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

The tool is maintained so it can be updated when YouTube API requirements change. These terms may be updated at the same time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
